Yes! In college, we were grocery shopping and had our hands full unloading the cart, and this was when you could still grab cigarettes at the check out. I grabbed them, stuck them in my pocket while fishing out my wallet and putting stuff on the belt, and I was so absent minded I forgot to put them out to be scanned.

Yes. But I tried paying for it first. It was when Walmart first got self-check out.... and I was getting a fish along with the other stuff. I scanned everything, there wasn't anyone around to help with the fish, so I just left.
