Tomorrow morning around 10:30, I'll go in and they will attempt to do the liver biopsy. All this fluid could mean possible liver problems.

If I'm feeling okay and we can get my pain level to tolerable, they will release me and my oncologist will follow up with me the following week.

They were worried that this would be too small to biopsy. But one of the docs here wants to try.

I'm nervous about these tests. Cancer was going to be next fight... again. I've worked hard to be strong enough for this. If it's liver problems. That's harder fight.

I think she'll miss the massaging bed and the great food but I know she's missing home.

Thank you everyone for thinking of me. I am happy to be home and in my own normal surroundings with my animals. My cat definitely missed me. It was nice to be able to lay and cuddle with my husband last night.

I came home with some medicine changes so this morning was interesting filling up my pill box. Once I get used to this new regimen hopefully I will start feeling better. Even though I had almost six ounces of fluid taken out of me I didn't lose any weight. I stepped on the scale yesterday and I was 107. So I'm very happy for that.


I am incredibly tired. Most of today will just be resting. A little unpacking. I am tender from bloating and repetitive touching, needles multiple times a day.

I honestly can say I loved the bed ( constant massage. Circulation. And I discovered I like the ability for slight elevation.

The food was almost always beyond amazing. I will miss that. My nursing staff was great all very friendly. No one hated their job.
I'll talk to my doc next week regarding the test results.
