haha funnily enough. That's actually why I started taping them down. Younger Sassy was even more insecure when I was skinny with big boobs. I had plenty of offers. I got a lot of the "Sassy, run faster!! Run faster, we wanna see them bounce" stuff.
I got so uncomfortable that I started taping them down. Didn't stop much though. Eventually in High school my Dad threatened a law suit if they didn't find a way to make it a comfortable atmosphere for me. I had stopped suiting up and was flunking PE. They eventually just waved my PE credits but the following year they started an all-girls aerobics class which I joined.
I'd give anything to go back now and kick myself for not understanding the power of teasing.

By Junior High. I joined gymnastics and had to tape them down anyway.

I'll just say that no girl should be subject to that.
I'm not claiming I was always perfect, but I hope we've gotten past that stuff. I fear that we really haven't.

Thankfully my daughter didn't get it in school. I'd have done the same thing my Dad did.
Becoming an adult, I can handle that kind of thing now. But back then. I was just too insecure and unaware of my own power. But I definitely agree. No one should have to put up with that. The PE teacher just looked the other way.
There are definitely more consequences now a days to that kind of behavior though.

When I was at school, I hated PE because we had to shower before and after. I have one nut that is bigger than the other, it's always been that way and back then, I got teased mercilessly about it. My nickname was "Oddball".

If it makes you feel any better I wouldn’t have yelled that out. I simply would have (and did) look, get horny and then go home and masturbate quietly to myself as any decent human being should do.

Nobody should feel that way, but I also wish there was a way to teach kids how not to take things personally and accept who they are without shame.

Not taking things personally is almost impossible to teach, and most of us still aren’t good at it, but once you’ve got it you’re pretty unstoppable.

I agree that sensitivity is changing hugely. I would love to go back to when we were kids and everything didn't offend us the way it does now.
