My spouse has tons of scars and many of them are huge. It's just a map of everything that has tried to take him from us, but he has survived regardless. Now I have a few large scars that I photoshop out of any pictures I share because they're two specific and revealing, but they do tell the story of my life!

I used to have only the scars on my arms from my depressing era as a teen...
Now as an adult, throw in a c section, and other tummy surgeries, I bare proof that I'm still here, regardless.
