👀 What are you watching on ______ (Netflix/HBO Max/Hulu/etc.) 📺💻

OMG ppl! Forget super heros and space war. Gifted on Tubi, a story about a girl and her uncle who saves the math prodigy from a life without childhood.

Last night I watched The Volcano: Rescue from Whakaari, on Netflix. If you're looking for something tragic this is for you.
That one couple though! "If they had told us how dangerous it was, we never would have gone." I'm pretty sure "active volcano" was enough information for me to not get near it!

That couple was frustrating. The guy blew off his wife's general anxiety and thought a trip to an active volcano on a remote island would be no big deal. She was freaking out before they even left on the boat. As amazing as that site is, I'd never go near it! I was shaking my head at the eruption footage and how they talked about how it had been kind enough to never erupt with people around in the past... What?! 🤦
That one kid lost his whole family and he didn't say anything like that. My heart broke for him. :(

Just finished the Waco episodes that recently dropped on Netflix. Whacko in Waco is right. What a crazy megalomaniac. Can’t believe his followers still speak in support of him. He has similarities in my opinion to Jim Jones. Scary how much firepower they had. Sad how communities like that end. Was pretty good series to get more of an inside look at that compound and what life was like.
