3000 Years of Longing (I think on Peacock)... chef's kiss.

There are some books and movies that just hit the spot and you don't want them to ever end. This is one of them for me. It felt like Ali Baba and the 40 Thieves combined with Narnia. You could feel the longing and the ache and the happiness and the pain and I wanted to linger in it forever.

it’s got a female Dexter vibe with 3 seasons. She’s a Woman MD with a nurse squad and resources to grant death wishes for a fee.

great writing and character development. Nice looking cast and the storylines are relative and maybe relatable to the average Jack and Jill viewer.


But , it’s a unicorn show I found and I can’t watch it without my wife , my TV watching ride or die ! So watching it is a slow process.

I just watched this episode last night. Selma Hayek was so good! Her accent makes me melt. I love Annie Murphy too. I wasn't sure how she was going to pull off that character but she was a badass at the end.

Just watched the Black Mirror episode "Joan is Awful". It was well worth the hype!

I watched that show , but had to walk away a few time then come back to watch. I’m a Seth Rogen fan and his being an executive producer was what drew me to it in the first place. But sometimes he pushes the boundaries of good taste , satire or sarcasm to the edge of WTF dude !! Lol great cast and writing to push the TV censors actually , make that bully them with visual effects that dare to push buttons.

The ending is worth the time invested to finish the series. But again WTF

It definitely is a bit much at times and sometimes that takes some of the suspense and emotion away from the characters and story. But I am still enjoying it overall. I finished the second season now.

Yeah, I’m super impatient and signed up for MGM+ to watch the second season. The full second season is out now so you could do a free trial and binge it.
