Chili casserole is one of my favorite ways to use leftover chili.

What is in chili casserole?
Chili cheese and cornbread. And sometimes I add rice to the chili to make it more filling. That is the bottom of a dish, then whatever kind of shredded cheese you like best. Top with cornbread mixed up and bake until the cornbread is done. If you really like cheese you can add some to the top as well. Honestly, you can add anything to it, make it as spicy as you like. When its done and dished up I add some sour cream to mine.

Oh that sounds delicious! I may have to try that next time I make chili. Our go to for leftover chili is chili mac.

Okay, I only asked because my cellar is one of the reasons I sold my house. Couldn’t stop the water coming in through the fieldstone foundation.

My house is old too (1930) so it has a fair share of those types of problems. Recently had a sewer issue (yuck...). It actually lit a fire under my rear to do the current project. Let me know if you're interested in helping!!

You ever hear dudes say ‘the wife?’Being physically lazy, but mentally doing some deep self reflection. For instance, when I hear/see men say "wifey", I cringe, get the ick, etc. Why? Because my horrible ex brother in law used to call my sister that. Did I mention he's a horrible person? And an even worse father. He ruined a word for me.
