I’ve been working on a new cardio playlist ALL day. All. Freaking. Day.

I hate cardio..and it shows in my procrastination to complete this dang thing 😅😂
Well, hopefully the playlist is fantastic at least.
 
It’s been awhile since I’ve posted here.
Been battling some stuff. Before Christmas I was so good and dedicated. I lost 22lbs and was exercising and eating right. Well, I gained 25 back. But now I’m back down 12 this month alone.

I’m doing two a days. Cardio in the am for 30-45 minutes in my exercise bike. Then lifting at lunch or before dinner and topping it off with 20 min in the sauna.

Looking forward to posting here on a regular basis.

What about watching a show on your phone. I would kill 45 minutes watching the CW superhero shows on Netflix. Arrow, Flash, Legends.
I was so enthralled in them I forget I was on a bike.

Now I’m hitting up the fast and furious franchise.
 
What kind of music gets you pumped up? I listen to a lot of rap when I do cardio.
I’m not picky, it just can’t be anything slow. I’m a sucker for 90s hip hop/rap and I have a lot of rock/metal but also reggae, pop, etc. I’m all over the place with music, haha.

While attempting to exercise lately it seems I’ve hurt my knee. Badly enough that I’m seeing an orthopedic doctor tomorrow. 🤞 Hoping it’s nothing bad.
I was just starting to get my mojo back too.
I hope it’s nothing serious. It seems I have a new pain every time I go to the gym these days.🤣

My knee popped tonight at soccer. Still moving fine, but it was a little painful so I did a light practice for the kids. Hope your appointment goes well

What kind of music do you listen to? I have and assortment of playlists for the gym. Rock, Rap, Country, Club, all mixed together and seperate. I can make some recos based on your likes.

Today,
Hit the gym at 630A. Did a long regiment on core, back, and biceps for almost 2 and a half hours today. Then spent 20 minutes in the sauna after my work out. After my next conference call, I plan on hitting the exercise bike for 30-40 minutes. Then after work hitting some golf balls. It’s a good day.

The plan is two protein shakes today, and grilled chicken for dinner.
 
Wow wish my job gave me that kind of time to workout. I had a cloud install yesterday that ended after 12 hours. I did take a break for a 3 mile walk with the dog.
 
Did it again.
Chest, triceps, core, and flexibility training.

I was going to get cardio in today but my body is shot. I’ll hit it tomorrow morning before I lift.
 
Didn’t get to the gym. But got my 40 minute 10.02 mile, stationary bike ride in at home. Still time this afternoon to get to the gym.

However, I got on the scale, and since March 2nd, I lost 15.4 lbs. I’m back on my way! So happy this AM.
