Arizona! The new thread

Hey Zonies! Boy, it's really dark outside tonight, and lots of stars. And I've been seeing satellites in the sky (or are they UFO's?)

Time for another Arizona Trivia Question. Ms. Bunny, you probably know this one so if you could refrain from answering and let some others take a stab at it, that would be appreciated.

Okay. Who was "born in Arizona, moved to Babylonia"?

That is just cruel, Hum. But I will let others have a shot at it.. I'm kind and generous like that.. ;)

That sounds like a reference to something and I'm afraid I don't get it, so I don't know.

Now, if you had asked who went from Phoenix Arizona all the way to Tacoma Philadephia Atlanta LA, I'd be your girl.

Huh?

So keep on rock'n me baby
Keep on rock'n me baby
Keep on rock'n me baby
Keep on rock'n me baby

I went from Phoenix Arizona, all the way to Tacoma
Philadelphia, Atlanta, L.A.
Northern California where the girls are warm
So I could be with my sweet baby, yeah

Is this what you were thinking of Dee?

I once drove from Phoenix, AZ all the way to Tacoma in 25 hours straight in a new 1986 Toyota pickup truck. A buddy of mine wanted to see a girl up there. We had watched far too much Dukes of Hazzard. We stopped only for gas. We switched drivers on the fly and slept in the back as needed.

He ended up leaving me with a very gracious Cambodian family for a week.

Good morning Zonies! Going to be over 100 here today.. barely. Gonna feel almost like being home so plan on getting outside after work for a bit of sunshine. :D

Okay I still don't get it, someone put me out of my misery please!

*Sigh*

Okay Ms. Bunny, I guess you're going to have to be the one to answer the question. Maybe you could post a link.

Now that sounds like an interesting road trip! I think the farthest I've ever gone from here without a break is to Amarillo.. that was a long day too. And I know that I can make Portland in two days :)
