I was in a cafe that had four posters of the same image done in different highlighted colors simular to your image.

That means they're busted then. It's nothing more than a picture, edited with Image Composer. Simply applied Poster Effect.

Well, what I did here was to adjust the Hue and Saturation only on the bra using Adobe Photoshop 7

It was a little difficult since you decreased the opacity so much. It came out pixallated on my end. I had to work it a bit to keep from messing up the shape. BTW, I wouldn't have shown your face enough that people would know you.
