It was a government move. usually it happens the last weekend in October, but they moved it back for some weird reason. personally it was nervewracking.

Ooooo I get home from a 14 hour day to a very good set.......of questions. I will tackle them one at a time.

Why do people have such a hard time being honest with each other?

In this day and age, it is hard to know who to trust with how much depending on the situation. Different people deal with it in different ways. For some, they hold back in the hopes of not being hurt. With others, they put out false information in the hopes the other person's curiousity will sift through the crap to see the truth. There are a few who just decide to tell the truth to be honest about everything. In some cases they hold back because they have been hurt before. In all cases, only the individual person can determine which path they should follow. I prefer to be as honest as I can. Just because i know that if I am who i am, then those who want to be friendly with me will come.

Why is AS4U stupid enough to trust people?
You are not stupid. Never have been stupid. You put your heart out there for people to see and it's a chance you take. I think it's brave of you to put your trust out there and if people don't want to be friendly with you, they can fuck off.

today's question is this......what can i do to keep my nails from breaking. i've recently quit biting them and am finally getting them to grow. i'm allergic to nail polish so i can only wear one brand. yesterday i broke two nails way down in the bed. someone told me to chew tums every day. do you think this will work?

On one hand, Tums contain a ton of calcium. But i think drinking a ton of milk and consuming other major sources of calcium would help build them up.
On the other hand, your nails will need daily maintenance. Filing will help. I would also check out other brands that you may not be allergic to. Perhaps there is something in the other polishes that causes you to be allergic.

This definitely was a little out of the way, but a good way to make me think.

Our Thanksgiving was moved to when it was by Presidential decree. It was moved to when it was so we have a coonsistent time to celebrate it. Of course they toyed with when a few times until they decided to keep it where they did. It sucks in a way cause i would have loved to exchange recipes with you.
