Tough call. Probably organ meats in general: liver, heart, etc. Although liverpate is ok. Go figure.

I have this great memory of a week we spend out on Michigan's west coast. I spent a fair portion of it sailing the little single handed boat we had on small bay. That week I went from "ok" at sailing to really "getting it." It was great fun and still part of my life.
