Oh my. A case where I fell hard, and she made promises, and didn't keep them, and then I was stupid enough to try again, and get hurt all over again.

In my case though, and in most of my experiences, there's plenty of blame to go around when things end. And if you can salvage any kind of friendship from it (which in at least one or two cases, I have, I'm hopeful it's three soon), that's often great. The women I'm most attracted to are also women I really want to have a friendship with too.

If we are talking professionally, then it's my own passion for the stuff I do. I'm inspired by some of my colleagues too. And just plain curiosity.

I think lovers inspire me in the same way as my colleagues. Their interests, their creativity, their desire for me, inspires me as well.
