The owners are as entitledas anyone else to exercise their rights in respect to their property without regard to your imagined rights to use their platform as the launching pad for whatever brain fart you might have.

More seriously, there is an increasing trend for politicians /lawyers to go after sites and site facilitators because of their alleged nefarious content.
