the giants owe 'em for the way mcnabb's made 'em look bad. the prospect of not having to face him (and more particularly, mcnabb to TO) does warm the very cockles of my heart, i have to say.
something i keep telling others that i must try to remember myself: the giants never cover. i spent half the game in an apoplectic fury. those injuries to the linemen and MLB antonio pierce really hurt though. i hope that even if those guys are healthy and ready to go that coughlin holds 'em out so they get more rest for the washington game. i'm real worried about the d-linemen that are injured, too: we've got zero backups there now. those injuries made the game a lot closer than it should have been and pierce's absence from the defense showed just how much he's needed there.
that FG, though...whew! i think i'm still in a cold sweat...
nice game by your pats yesterday! i was surprised you guys didn't get the shut-out.
scalywag: yes, that's it precisely! your guys opened a collective can of whoop-ass on buffalo. that final score makes you go "whoa!" that's what i want to see the eli & co do to someone. now granted, the injuries are screwing things up and i do get the impression that if not for them, philly would have been positively clobbered yesterday.
besides, belichick is good in december. he's always been. i think you guys have a legit shot at wildcard.
