Be as boring as possible.

The dog and cats are fed, the litter box is scooped, and I got the trash out in time to be picked up.

After a 1000-mile road trip this weekend (Thursday evening to Sunday), that may be the extent of my accomplishments for at least the morning.

I understand the need for plaid, stripes or polka dot noise to sleep. Personally, my favorite is the animal print noise.

I like sleep. I wonder if I will sleep well tonight. I have some work to do, so I may stay up too late, sitting here. But I may forget it and go sleep.

I find this interesting, dammit.

So sorry, I shall endeavour to be more boring.

I'm watching my cat chew on his nails, maybe I should cut them. He seems to be doing a good job at it though so maybe I'll wait and see how he does.

I just finished washing my laundry. Now I'm going to fold my laundry. Tomorrow, I will wear my fresh, clean clothes, which I just washed.

The soap is getting smaller. Almost as if, each time I use it, some of it "wears off" on my skin or something.

Odd.

I was recently thinking about how far I've come in life. I thought, well, that's a okay distance, I guess.

Sometimes I wonder what percentage of people at my local convenience store are buying only cigarettes and/or lottery tickets. My percentage is 100% beer.

They're not shelved in the path from the front door to the beer cooler. Or maybe they are. I don't care for twinkies, unless they are made of beer.

At least get some Slim Jims- coupled with beer creates some amazing breath! :)

After reading this thread, I am thinking that if you were to put a slim jim, beer, and some Twinkies in a blender for a few moments that it would make a fine pitcher of foamy foul aromatic puke substitute. Absolutely certain it would pass for the more naturally processed variety typically found in bar bathrooms and alleyways. Not sure this is helpful or useful information, though.

Today I have to run to FedEx and make copies, mail some stuff, run by the school and pick up A's records, and take S to get a food basket. Then I have to come home, clean the kitchen, vacuum, and check the water level in the misc critters cage. I'm sure there's something else I'm forgetting, but K will remind me of it when he calls.

Oh yeah! I need to make two phone calls today - one to the pharmacist to get meds refilled and one to my doctor to figure out which day my appt is.

I think that's it.
