thanks....okay i have to get up for work in the morning and it's 1:19 now...i'm mad at hubby....he kicked me out the bed again...and ignored me when i tried to wake him up because i was having a panic attack...and i'm a bit awake but bored...do i go to bed...sleep on the couch...stay up....kick him to the couch? my brain can't work this soon after mother's day (i am a florist)

Panic attacks are horrible. I dated a girl who suffered from those. I found if I sat with her and held her she felt so much better.
