Right...I had mcafee and it kept locking up so I got rid of it then tried Norton...it wasn't as bad as the first but still locked my system up...I would never recommend them to anyone. Besides...they charge for updates...something like $20 for each one? That is crazy

The make it on the front end but I cannot imagine they make it on repeat business. They have several programs out there...some are good, others is where they rape you with charges (like their anti virus program).

Yep...makes sense but only in theory...Those type things will not work. If nothing else, word of mouth will kill business (or help it depending on the program). No matter...the anti virus causes problems so everyone who gets it ends up uninstalling it. Some just turn it off, which defeats the purpose of having it running. One is not protected when anti virus is turned off. Oh well....seems like we all agree...they suck and we rule cause we got stuff that works
