i just built my first 6 months ago, but its more of a "im not paying twice as much as the computer is worth just so it can say 'DELL' on the front" rig.

Props to the RockBand mates and fellow FF fanatics.
I haven't gotten in WoW, just because I know if I start playing, I won't stop. I won't go too work, I won't eat... I'd be a mess...

I play Guild Wars & World of Warcraft. I've played, and beaten, almost every single Final Fantasy game (FF7 is the only one I've not beaten, still working on FF13 as well. I don't count the Mystic Quest or other such off-shoots either). Dragon Warrior/Quest series are fantastic. Star Ocean is one of my favourite series, and can't forget Chrono Trigger or Secret of Mana.
For the PC, Diablo, Dragon Age, Civilization, Starcraft/Warcraft, and the Might and Magic series come to mind.
I own a PS3, Wii, several PS2s (don't ask), and have a custom built gaming rig. Yay nerdom![]()

LOVED Secret of Mana, one of if not the best solo or co-op player RPGs ever.

I like RPG games mostly myself... My fave titles include:
Vampire - The Masquerade: Bloodlines
Unreal
Spell Force
Dungeon Siege
Silent Hill
WoWing on Moon Guard......tried Age of Conan, meh, not too fun.
my kinda guy two thumbs up for FF. loved the Dragon quest series and star ocean myself. Chrono Trigger would tie with Secret of Mana.. both amazing games!!
There's also the Breath of Fire series, well the first 3 or 4 at least.
As for FF series, I started playing them on the NES, loved them ever since. Only FF in the series I've not played yet is the Japanese FF3. Played 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, X-2, 12, and 13. Played the original Gameboy series as well, Legends or whatever it was called. Mystic Quest was when I gave up on FF games for the Nintendo franchise and switched to Sony.
At one point I actually compiled a list of games I've played/beat, but I don't know what happened to that list. I had it categorized by which gaming system they were on.. For the NES games I had to find a complete list of all available games, there were a LOT I had played.
i actually started the FF series on 10 then X-2.. worked my way down after that and was hooked lol i actually enjoy 9 compared to everyone elses 7 or 8. ah yes the breath of fire also a nice series.. geeze how could i forget that game too... there is one game i cant remember the name of it.. i cant even remember the system it was on but i remember saving a girl that had to sing battle songs for a team (kinda like a bard for FF) as the story progressed u had to travel into thier "bodies" and unlock secrets.. there was more to it but i lost the game and silly me cant remember the title to buy it -.-...anyway my ranting was that it was a very good game lol.
That one doesn't ring any bells for me.
As for FF9, I agree. It was the best one for the Playstation 1. FF7, the materia system was interesting, story line never grabbed me. FF8, they spent too much time worrying about the graphics, and not fleshing out the story at all. 9 was hellaciously fun.
ETA: I'm playing Peggle while I surf Lit

FF8 was garbage, such a bad game. I enjoyed Triple Triad though and didn't stop until I collected every single card. FF9 was super fun, probably one of the best ones. Not as good as 6, maybe a tie with 7.

For story line my favourite is still FF4, but for replay value I love FF6. I've played through FF6 at least 50 times. FF1 just as many if not more (it was my only NES game for quite some time.. then I got Dragon Warrior 1.. beat it a few times. Got up to level 99 ones, and then beat it once at level 19 just to see if I could)
i dont think i ever played dragon warrior, i may have to look into it![]()
I didn't play 7, and bought 8, which disappointed me greatly. Far too easy.I enjoyed the 1st one, DQ/DW 7,8 are super fun as well. I love their theme, so Akira Toriyama... just perfect.

I have 4 and 5 again for my DS now, 5 is interesting and 4 has been redone nicely
Can't be more disappointing than FF12 or Bioshock 2
Oh Guild Wars I own that. what are the stats on your rig?I play Guild Wars & World of Warcraft.
