I move the stuff I don't want broken. I hire movers to move some stuff.
Previous movers have broken some of Lady K's collectibles and some are not replaceable.

How is everyone? I’m counting down the days to the Thanksgiving break And we’re doing our dinner on Wednesday night so I have four full days off, without the stress of Thanksgiving interfering with one of them!

I'm waiting for Thanksgiving to be over already
Thursday morning...watch the parades on TV with Lady K. Then clean & vacuum the whole house to wait for the ln-laws to arrive. We don’t do Turkey so we've gotten five large already cooked chickens, courtesy of the supermarket with the fixen's. Watch football or DVD's or both. Then I get to clean up....have a scotch on the rocks before bed.

We have a house full of people coming for Thanksgiving for the first time in a long time! We are all super excited, even though it’s going to be a huge amount of work. We spent the weekend deep cleaning all the droolcicles off the ceiling ( Newfoundland dogs, IYKYK) . It’s going to be awesome! We also get to meet my daughter’s boyfriend. Got my shotgun nice and polished .
