I am a bit past the first 24 hours of our first Locktober (we started a day late due to work and personal limitations). This is the first time of any length in the new silicone Birdlocked cage. She has let you out to cum after two weeks but now it could be 4? You may consider a more gradual buildup. There are points where it's hard to come back from. You might have trouble cumming. I don't know how long the time is and it may be different with different people.
 
I might not have been clear in my last message. I did not mean there would be no release for four weeks. I meant it is possible she might not allow a fully pleasurable orgasm in that time. You’re correct! Quality is very important for long term wear. However an uncomfortable cage can make a wonderful punishment. The more they whine and complain the longer they can wear it..

That morning wood is the result of your mind wondering while you sleep, if the wood has been put in the ben then the wood would not wonder. Have never had this problem, but since the morning wood is due to your mind at work it should adjust, the hard is a physical reaction to a dream but if it is contained there should be no problem.

Like With all things, you will adjust. The first few weeks will be the hardest. You will be adjusting to a confined life and be looking for hotspots on you penis (rub spots). You don’t want any sores. You will learn how to sleep, pee and what cloths fit without emphasizing that your wearing a cage.
