I'd have to do a hands on close up inspection to be sure.
My wife was bitten on the left breast by a Brown Recluse spider. She went through two painful surgeries, a reconstruction of her real boob, and then the other reduced to match. During all of this she needed a nipple up lift to make things look right.
Thanks to her naturally large boobs she still has a nice set of original yet rebuilt boobies.
During the two years visiting a plastic surgeon speciallzing in burn and cancer patients I saw and felt many rebuilt and boob jobs of all types.
A rough job but I was forced to do it.
Amazingly many of the dancers with fake boobs looked and felt natural.

After all of the pain, time, and expense she deserves to show and share them whenever she wants to. We discovered our insurance would pay to have the left boob removed but the repairs beyond removing the poisoned portions were called cosmetic surgery. There went our rainy day savings.

The wrong Era
Sometimes I'd rather be living in the 60's and 70's without all of these modern digital things. Other times I wish they were invented when we were young.
Our lives would have been much different with computer porn back then.
