People forced to be vaccinated. Not a single person in Australia was forced to be vaccinated. A handful of people had a choice between their job and their desire to not vaccinate. But that is still a choice. Especially when there is a healthy welfare state and lots of conservative media that paid them big bucks to go on speaking tours. Then there's the Canadian truckers who had their bank accounts seized, homes repossessed, and went to prison for not complying with the vax mandate. Just TRY TO TELL US that's not "force."

Full-time employment has fallen 2.2 million since Trump returned to office. In the last 12 months, employment of native-born Americans has decreased 655,000. The personal savings rate has dropped to 3%, from 5% when Trump returned to office. Spending on construction of manufacturing facilities peaked in 2024 and has declined steeply since.

And, while I fully expect a downturn because nothing lasts forever, at this point in his Presidency Trump is enjoying the fruits of an economy that is still allowing people to buy homes, have jobs, and live greater than they were living under Biden usurious inflation rate and loss of quality of living standard.

Inflation rate has increased from 2.9% in January 2025 to 4.2% now.

The Survivalists episode of Louis Theroux's Weird Weekends was recorded 28 years ago. Some of the survivalists talked about the New World Order, which seemed ridiculous then. And then we had the covid lockdowns. Global systems are still breaking down, but the lockdowns and vax push could be paranoia fuel for many more decades.
