I do tend to get that way when someone suggests I'm fooling myself, the way you did there.
Noted.
Not what I said, not what I meant, and do not put words in my mouth. Especially don't put quotation marks around something I never said.
Yep. Sensitive af…
And I was basically paraphrasing while taking some liberty with your words / opinion - because you’re either in denial, or you’re being intellectually dishonest… imho…
As for what I did say, it's true: no matter what the Dems do, the Republicans are always going to call us socialists and use their latest wedge-issues against us. It's a fool's errand to try to prevent that. What we can do is hit back. That's what El Sayed has been doing.
“There you go again”…
I'll be happy to, as soon as you do.
You do you. I’m sure as hell going to keep on keepin' on with facts & the truth - and I’m sure as hell going to keep asking you (etc) to stop when you (etc) are hurting the progressive movement and the arguments of pragmatic progressive ACTUAL Democrats.
As I said, I do not see El Sayed losing as a part of that. Talarico, maybe. Jackson perhaps, since his opponent has defied political gravity before. Peltola, since Alaska is still a red state no matter how personally popular she is. But we're not losing Michigan.
OK…
We shall see…
Weird that El Sayed needs Obama to rally the black vote in Michigan…
Meanwhile: With DonOld & the MAGAt republicans being historically unpopular and total fuck ups, you must admit that the Democrats should easily crush the republicans in this midterm election (especially considering your knowledge of the historical results of such elections). Why is that outcome NOT a foregone conclusion???
WE. KNOW. WHY.
We. Told. Them. So.
