I had something similar happen this fall and it sucks. I wasn't as deeply involved and for that I am grateful.

Pain is pain. Betrayal is one of the worst pains. Try to sit with it until it subsides on its own. Forcing the pain or grief away won't really help. Eventually (hours, days, weeks, whatever) it will fade and you'll be you again, only better.
