How does that work - yes I've been here a long time and there is probably a rule book around here, or a user's manual, but I'm old and lazy (remember I've been here a long time).

I get that those on your buddy list can PM you and those that aren't, can't. But to use that do I need to not accept PMs first? I don't want to try it out and be wrong. I don't know who wants to be my buddy and who doesn't.
