Decadents & Dropouts OOC

Not it is really time for me. I will have a look in the evening, but I might not be able to post on sunday.

*Side Note*

Z will recover from the paralysis on his own in 48 hours. He won't starve or dehydrate thanks to his weird doppelganger metabolism, and eventually the poison will just wear off. He will then have to deal with the other effects of the poison besides the paralysis, but just pointing out that he can get better eventually without any further interference. The main threat to him was bleeding to death and being used as some sort of toy for a crazy, naked and wet voyeur.

The first problem is solved and the second one, at least temporarily. If Gryph decides to follow Phyliss to protect her while she tries to protect Tronfur who...etc., he might leave the boat in care of Skandölf and Colin. Even an old sailor who is shocked by no devil, dragor or snake, might be really superstitious about mermaids and jump over board if Nunfet climbs on board... just an idea.

I would imagine that an old sailor would either freak out at the sight of Naunet, or view her as some sort of divine goddess. He may not be bothered by any sort of weird creature from any part of the world. But sailors are a superstitious bunch, especially about water creatures. I think, just for fun, whatever reaction Skandolf has to Naunet, Colin should have the opposite reaction.

We will see about that. We don't know even if Gryph guards the boat, as told, or decides to take a walk through the night as well.

Edit: And another thing comes in my mind. If Skandölf finds out, that the powder alone did not work, he might give up, but Phyliss wont. She has no alchemic or medical knowledge, but she is quite capable of mixing cocktails due to her profession so she may well try to mix the right medicine from the different flasks and pouches.
If it does not work the way she intended, we still have Zeahl as replacement.

Oh do not worry. The adventures of the world's unluckiest turnip farmer will continue no matter what. I have a lot of fun things to do with him but I don't want to overdo the idea. I have to make him appear at the most random and inappropriate times, just like any other gnome.

By the way, maybe Haerdon will volunteer to test Phyliss magic potions first that she will create from Zahns equipment.
And yes, overdoing the gnome idea would kill it rather fast.

The first part of the Chronicles Of Zheal: Unluckiest Gnome Alive is up. This is just a tidbit of what he goes through all the time.

The poor gnome. Phyliss would cuddle him and make him do the housework on the cog.

Oh hell no. That gnome is staying far away from us. As if we don't cause enough problems of our own! You really want MORE barbarians and self righteous knights crashing your dinner parties? Next time the dudes with swords show up, there is a good chance Phyliss will be naked and possibly have 2/3 holes occupied. That's a bad situation to get caught in.

I'm not saying the moment wouldn't be sweet, beautiful and emotionally touching...but let's not kid ourselves here. XD

I hate my roommate's friends. There
may well be another murder in California.
But... that's not all that uncommon... but
STILL. They have some nerve talking to me
like that in my own fucking house. I might
at LEAST break their fingers... AT LEAST.

Yes, Tronfur is a bit stuck without Dormant Evil. Anyhow, I would not like to post for Relic (HAerdon would be ok.) So we might just assume that Relic gets away for some reason. Tronfur comes back, and learns that Z is still ill, and maybe it would be good to get Relic alive.

Edit: Quick idea: The bear form the post before disturbs the horses, and the horsie with Haerdon tied to it gets lost, Tronfur chases and catches it, and Relic is gone once more in the meantime.

My last post might get you into action again. Haerdon and Relic are sperated for some moments. Haerdon might get eaten by an upset bear, if Tronfur does nothing to save him.

A bear goes out of its way to attack a human??? Damn then it must not be an ordinary bear. Probably a dire bear or a druid in disguise? Either way, forget Haerdon, he`s the enemy and Trunfor wouln`t kill or hurt a bear jst to save an evil person`s life. Trunfor follows a code (A combination between a knight`s code and a druid`s code).

Here`s Trunfor code and way of life. (Combination between D&D druid`s life and kinght`s code)
1.) Do not lie for personal gain.
2.) Do not commit crimes (thievery, murder, arson, assault, etc)
3.) Do not murder, unless in self-defense. If you defeat the enemy, show mercy.
4.) Do not destroy or harm nature or its creations.
5.) Do not corrupt those of pure heart.
6.) If bound to a person, by oath or by law, do not betray them.
7.) Protect the innocent.

There is no need in the killing the bear, because he might give up the chase before. Well, maby it is not an ordinary bear. But Haerdon stinks of unwashed bear skin, that is for sure.

Beware of the dreaded flatbear....

If I had read it earlier, I might have worked it in. But now, our bear seems gone anyway, and Haerdon is tied to a horse that walks through the woods by his own.
