and I wouldn't want the ropes to shrink....

I need to relax, myself. Since I hid the ropes and chains and padlocks, I have been putting my bicycle at serious risk, and today the junky department store junker finally was stolen
I need a drink or 3 and a distraction of some sort

I need to relax, myself. Since I hid the ropes and chains and padlocks, I have been putting my bicycle at serious risk, and today the junky department store junker finally was stolen

I've been OK. Life's been handing out the lemons in bulk and I can't seem to make the lemonade fast enough...

The weather has settled somewhat. the floods have gone but the damage they caused is still being repaired slowly. my wee cottage needs some tlc, too, unfortunately. The delayed reaction from the deluges, and possibly the minor quake last week, are the landslides on Friday. The highway is cut and will be for a few days at least. If the scuttlebutt is right it may be much longer due to the potential for further landslides. They may need to blast some rock away. All will become clear soon. Meanwhile our work is effected and hours cut. Nice to have a bit of R&R though. Worry about the bills later!

Lol! My frisky and adventurous Cabana Boy, you should be well aware of my predelection for chocolate. NOTHING beats chocolate syrup if you were thinking of a tongue massage. Not sure if I'd prefer giving or receiving that one......

I do keep the water at the perfect temperature because I want to avoid any shrinkage of certain things. Speaking of which, I'm in the hot tub and I could sure use some company

Sorry to hear about your situation Triskele. It took them months to clean up after the Halloween snowstorm here. Many people lost power for a week in the cold and trees were down everywhere.
