Wow ,
It's been awhile since we had so many people here. Hot tub just go crowded.
 
Ox many Canadians served in Korea but didn't receive very much recognition until lately. Now there is a National Korea War Memorial in Ottawa. Got a glimpse of the U.S. Korea Memorial on TV on Memorial Day coverage. My dad never joined the Canadian Legion after World War II but he did go to some Air Force reunions at the Royal Canadian airbase upisland a few times. He also took us to some abandoned WWII bases when we were young. He, my mom and I also went to some WWI and II sites in Europe.

Never pretend to be the greatest. But I'm lucky enough to like every person there. They're a great bunch and we have a million laughs. And the new ones seem to be fitting in just fine.

Had a young lass start today who's developmentally delayed. I got her started and gave her her own little area of responsibility and then got to watch the others take her under their wing. They're all so encouraging. She was a very happy girl when she left. Life is good. :)

Missin my cabana boy though. :( Those glow in the dark ropes are just hangin on their hook.......

I've got that new Daft Punk single stuck in my head! :eek: I love it. So different for them.

You know yer a good boss when you can bring in anybody, find their nich and the other cooperate to make them part of the team. Awesome job, Can I come work for you?

Coupla more years and I'll just sit at the door and say " Hey, how ya doin?" or just walk around asking people if they need some help, then pointing them at someone to help them. Or stand in the changing room at a nice store and ask people to bring me toilet paper.:D

It was a bloody big hole! And how many were they feeding, exactly? :eek:

We've done a similar thing but with rocks and nowhere near as big. Very tasty like your luau.
 
Sounds good to me, beers and steaks, but not in teh tub, don't want grease and floaties. Rum drinks in there after wards.

The Wife was inquiring about my Ark making abilities last night. It has been a pretty steady rain- drizzle-rain for about four days now. Passau to the South is flooding, so is Prague the east. The Danube is flooding, I haven't heard about the Rhine and Main yet.

DOing ok here though. Just tired of being inside, tired of being cold (we're keeping he heat off) But man I could use some hot tub time and a few young ladies to keep me company.:devil::rose:

Had the same problem here, Goddess. Used that 'Police Action' crap to deny them. When the recognition and then respect came it was too little, too late for so many.

I was readin about how they're tryin to protect the old parts of towns. From experience here, there's only so much you can do. Just clean up when the water goes down
