Disaster in the Making

Where the hell did DiggetyDawg crawl out from?

He's probably -originally- from or close to that region, on which I picked immediately.

That y'all monkey retarded commie elitist asses didn't pick on that
is your problem, not his.

Oh boo hoo.

The entire world thinks you're a warmongering nation.

And when Turkey did the same thing as you did - go uninvited into a sovereign nation, in order to protect it's own borders - you all ask for even more war.

Hey speaking of "country of origin", what's this userid's country of origin? Have you used Turkmenstan yet?

Everybody acts as if Syria is a pie from which they have the right to take a piece, every time they like.
Turks, kurds, americans alike.

Nobody talks about the fact that Turkey housed 4 millions of Syrian refugees,
of which more than 300.000 kurds.

Nevermind the other millions of displaced refugees.

Sooooo...is President Trump's recent capitulation to Turkish dictator Erdogan a good thing or a bad thing in your humble opinion?

:D:D:D

Kurds are married to Turks, Persians, Arabs, Assyrians and part of the fabric for hundreds of years. One could not tell if they don't tell who they are. The sad thing about the ideology is that PKK/YPG kills Kurds if they are not ideologically aligned with them.

One may not like Trump, but he is clearly trying go get out of this mess. It is his campaign promise and I support that. Democratic candidates want out of Syria as well, but the only difference is "right way" they are saying; but they do not tell us how.

There are 1 million refugees in Lebanon and 3.6 millions in Turkey (about 400k of them are Kurds) Turkey had not ethnically cleansed the areas that they control in the north west, why would they have done it on the N.E Syria. Disaster in the making is only on people's minds!

I believe the PPK has been designated as a terror organization by over twenty countries including Japan.

I believe the PPK has been designated as a terror organization by over twenty countries including Japan.

They're certainly "no angels", amirite?

Turkey has been begging Russia to designate PPK as a terrorist organization, but Russia steadfastly refuses, and in fact supplies the PPK most of their small arms (AK47s).

Do you believe they are "terrorists" like the Turks claim?

Leftist 'murican memes.

Erdogan is a turd who oppresses his own people.
But in this particular case, he likely followed the advice of his national security advisers.

He listens to his advisors? Damn he IS smarter than Trump.

I believe 20 some different countries think they are. If we're only talking about the PPK, and not the Kurds in general, yes.

Turkish-backed forces appear to be using white phosphorus-loaded munitions—a chemical that can maim and kill when it comes in contact with human flesh—in their violent campaign against Kurdish fighters in northern Syria, Foreign Policy has learned.

Photos provided to Foreign Policy by a Kurdish source and confirmed by a senior U.S. administration official show children in the border town of Ras al-Ain with chemical burns on their chests and faces consistent with white phosphorus. (One of the photos, which is graphic, is published here.)

In a letter supplied to Foreign Policy by Bassam Saker, the representative of the Syrian Democratic Council (SDC) to the United States, the co-secretaries of the SDC’s health department, Rapareen Hasn and Manal Mhemed, urgently called on the international community to evacuate the wounded civilians.

“Turkey uses all kind of weapons including the internationally prohibited ones, and our medical teams are unable to evacuate the civilians,” according to the letter, which was also confirmed by the senior U.S. administration official. Saker confirmed that the prohibited weapons referred to in the letter are white phosphorus-loaded munitions.

I’m not going to past the photo, but this is from the second link:

ERBIL, Kurdistan Region – Kurdish military and political leaders and health officials have accused Turkish forces of using internationally outlawed weapons in its offensive in the northern Syrian town of Sari Kani (Ras al-Ain) and have asked for an international investigation.

"There are a lot of fears that prohibited weapons are being used in Sari Kani. Wounds we treat at the hospitals are not normal injuries at all," Dr. Manal Mohammed, head of the Rojava Health Board, told Rudaw on Wednesday night.

"Our health board is currently investigating to find out what type of weapon is being used against us. Like I said, wounds we treat are not normal at all,” the doctor said.

Aldar Khalil, an executive board member of northern Syria’s ruling Democratic Society Movement (TEV-DEM), told Sterk TV on Wednesday that medical examinations “confirm claims that Turkey is using banned weapons containing phosphorus and napalm.”

White phosphorous phosphorous is commonly used to create smoke screens or as an incendiary weapon. Its use is controversial and is prohibited in areas where civilians are located.

Not depleted uranium, me thinks.

Those are an American thing.

*crickets*

Those news about Turkey's use of prohibited weapons might or might not be true, time will tell.

It's just amazing to me how easily you all take in propaganda,
yet you never question the ills that Your apparatus produced.

In an impassioned speech on the Senate floor Thursday, Sen. Mitt Romney, R-Utah, blasted President Trump’s decision to pull troops from defensive positions in Syria, and brought up the possibility that “Turkey may have called America’s bluff” in an exchange between Trump and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

“Are we so weak and inept diplomatically that Turkey forced the hand of the United States of America? Turkey?” Romney said. “I believe that it’s imperative that public hearings are held to answer these questions, and I hope the Senate is able to conduct those hearings next week.”
