Erotic Couplings Story of the Month" for July. And, um, because I'm a real person who just writes for the enjoyment and isn't an alt, cheater, sycophant, or any of the other mean things everyone's calling everyone else in this thread. I'm nice. And, um...I can juggle. And, that's it I guess.

As to the competition for MOST INFLUENTIAL AUTHOR I’d suggest you check out my post where I evaluated the contenders. Even if BFW seems like a bad choice the others are clearly worse ones.

You’re quite correct that publicizing your preferences will irritate your “friends” not chosen. That was the point of my post. The hope is that someday we can give our honest opinions of someone’s work without earning a lifetime enemy.

I venture over to the other forum rarely my dear. And when I do it’s either to support my friends or correct some outrageously wrong/ignorant post on subjects dear to my heart. And I'll continue to in the future...

My take on the VARIOUS POETRY AWARDS


ILLUSTRATED POETRY

This is another category that we could easily do without. The only people who use this category are the “survivalists” in their endless quest for more points! In the end I voted for LadyFreakenstein because at heart she’s a real sweetie. Mind you I was tempted to cast my vote for the boxman but alas, unlike many AHers, I only have one vote.

Well, thank you, scurrs! And keep in mind, that I'm a writer/poet 1st and a survivalist 2nd. You might have noticed that I haven't been around much.. due to a project that I am working on-- Erotic Graphic Novels! But, keep the votes coming. I'm going to be disappointed if you didn't vote for me for chain story and How to essay. I wonder what it's like to actually win a contest on Lit.

My take on the VARIOUS INDIVIDUAL CATEGORIES

TRANSEXUALS

Boxlicker is the defending champ (with the second chapter of his story). Way to go man! Only 30 people voted last year so one of our goals is to get a higher number of votes cast this year.

Unfortunately, so far only ten people have voted this year. Perhaps the boxman can encourage his pals to vote in this category. Three of the nominees are chapters which as a general rule I don’t vote for. The other two are very long stories! In the end I chose A T-Girl Fairy Tale by ruwild.


TOYS

70 people cast votes last year and unfortunately it was won by the tenth chapter of a multi chapter SURVIVOR story. Written by none other than … no, I don’t even want to mention her name

6 have voted so far this year. Which is really lame! The stories nominated in this category are all pretty short so there’s no reason not to read and vote. I chose Her Man and His Toy by bee100

Only 35 people voted in this one last year and it was won by someone called WickedVoyce (which she apparently had).

13 votes so far. WickedVoyce has been nominated again but I say lets spread the wealth around. Unfortunately my computer doesn’t allow me to hear these stories so I have to base my vote only on what’s written. Three of them didn’t have much written which made it even tougher. In the end I went with Teenage Slut by punkin pussy.

SCI-FI

65 votes were cast last year in a category that was dominated by the 4th chapter of a tale by the old MARSHMAN.

This category is getting a little more action than some of the others – it already has 40 votes. Unfortunately all the nominees are chapters, not complete stories. So I chose the only “chapter one” that was nominated, Flight to Tomar Three by curious2c. This was in spite of the fact that there were some other very good authors nominated.


ROMANCE

My favorite category! NOT. 92 votes were cast last year and chapter 5 of a rachlou offering edged out our resident funny man DGHear. Personally I wish DG had won but what can you do?

However, Romance is lagging this year. Only 22 votes cast so far. All but one of the nominees is a chapter, not a complete story. So I figured I better vote for that one. It’s called A Girl Called Len by Kezza67. WARNING: It’s very long!

Are you referring to the 35 stories and poems that are selected or to the "special" categories? The former is fairly well described but the latter seems to be a mystery. People or characters or scenes are nominated by Lit. members but only a few of the nominees are considered.

I feel I have to clear up a misunderstanding. "Angel 2" which is the name of the story you have mentioned is a stand alone story of a T-girl. I tried to call it by that name, but it was not allowed. There are references to Angel 1, but only in passing. Angel 3 through Angel 10 are much the same way. They have the same central character, and make references to previous stories, but all are stand alone stories. As with most of my smut, you can read any of them and wank or frig yourself without reading any previous stories.

I also won in the Anal category, and my story there was much the same. It was "Marian and Ryan, Part 3" which was changed to "CH 03" against my wishes. It involved the same two characters, and they had sex with each other, but both were stand alone stories.

Since I am pretty lazy, I like to name ongoing stories that way. I try to establish the characters and set the basic scene in the first story and, if anybody is interested in such things, they can turn back to the first part to learn about them. In ensuing parts, I can concentrate in describing the fun things they do to each other and with each other.

I was just looking at the different readers polls and on average we have less than 50 votes per poll but alot of the polls have over a thousand hits!! Incest poll has almost 4,000 hits but has less than100 votes.. People are looking at the polls but not bothering to vote.

People if your are going to look please vote.

Everyone that is nominated like them or not has worked hard on their writting.

So if you are being entertained by all the bs that we are writting on this thread PLEASE take the time to vote ..
