I'm afraid to go look at the lube thread. I keep wondering what they could be talking about in such great detail that it's been going on for more than two pages.

I mean lube is lube is lube right?

I just mis-typed "lube" and realized that it's an anagram for "blue".

Anyway...

So I keep wondering if I should go over there. I mean we talk like 5-6 pages/day here sometimes, and it's mostly flirting and cookie talk, and that never stopped me.

I can't seem to do it. I can't click the word "lube".

Yah, I did. I ended up in the hospital for a week over christmas in 06 after I woke up at 5am with crippling stomach pains and vomitting stomach acid (I'd been ill the week previous to the point where I could eat dry toast and drink water without stomach pain and that was it).

Turns out I'd got hella gall stones and one had escaped and had a riot with my insides. Severe pancreanitis, serverely dehydrated and lethal levels of my liver enzyme in my blood stream (that's really bad, I was told 2 more days and I'd have been going into Intensive Care cos my body was about to start eating away at itself from the inside =/).

But yeah, they got me sorted out and put me on the waiting list, 5 weeks later I started with the pain again, so they admitted me and said "emergency surgery or wait the 4-6 months?" and I opted for the emergency surgery to take it out. Got a 6 inch scar across my stomach cos they had to open me up due to my gall bladder hiding behind my liver.

I don't do things by halves

lol...This made me chuckle, especially since we never say the IV is beeping at my hospital. Actually who knows, they might on the floors but we don't in the OR, the docs usually glance over the drapes and glare at the anesthetist that's working and growl at them to make the damned pump quit beeping.

~sigh~ Much as I'm enjoying my maternity leave and being with my daughter I'm looking forward to getting back into an OR too. I miss my work.

University + full-time work is looking like a worse and worsererer idea every minute. I am currently not doing a 2000 words assignment that's due on Wednesday. I slept in until 10 AM today because I'm just so exhausted all the time.

What is this, it's almost like chocolate is irresistible for subbies. Or caramel for super sammie subblings.

I'm kinda in the middle of that, so do I get chocolate caramels?!
