Dom lessons in here! No subbies allowed.

Just what are you trying to say? **raises eyebrow**

Eh? Me? I wasn't saying anything... Just messin around in the kitchen.

*pours layer of hot caramel over the graham cracker crumb crust for a new york cheesecake*

I'm getting about 4 hours of sleep a night, and am forcing myself to stay up during the way cause I think eventually at night I have to fall asleep... right?

I have tried so many things, now I got 4 options left that I can think of.

1, drop the med that I think is doing it
2, add sleeping pills
3, drink myself to sleep
4, use a hammer

I am so glad its the weekend

Whats your little girl like Caela?

You should add an option 5) talk to your doctor and see if he can substitute something else for the med you think is causing the problem.

My little girl is precious. I seemed to have gotten seriously lucky in the temperament area as she is usually happy. She doesn't cry much except when she's hungry or when you're changing her - she hates having her body lifted by her legs so you can put the new diaper under her lol. And she's adorable. I'm biased of course but I don't think saying she's adorable is out of line, some babies are just ugly until the fill out their skins but she's big enough already that she doesn't have the whole wrinkly, skin's-gonna-fall-off, thing going. She's already a little chubby and just...well just perfect to me.

Going to shush now before I really get going lol.

Well, I'm trying to fight it out with the meds. Its teetering on side effects that I think I can overcome, as long as no allergic reaction happens I'll give it a few more days. There is really no substitute for this one as it does not prevent, but instead provides good things. They don't have too many drugs in that category.

Happy baby, thats a yoga pose, and very ironic considering your babys pet peeve. :D I'm glad she's so healthy, and good tempered.

Do you hear a lot of baby laughs all day?

Not a lot of laughs yet but lots of cooing and gurgly noises and she gives all sorts of little grins which are just adorable! I'd be willing to bet that inside she is laughing her ass off at us, especially at her grandfather who makes a complete fool of himself for her each time he holds her.

btw , shouldnt you sleep YC? ;)

Yup, maybe I just have too much energy. Want to help me out with that.

:D

Lucky baby, sounds like shes got it made. I think it amazing how babys can smile without even having a concept of depth or 3D environments.

I'm afraid to go look at the lube thread. I keep wondering what they could be talking about in such great detail that it's been going on for more than two pages.

I mean lube is lube is lube right?

I just mis-typed "lube" and realized that it's an anagram for "blue".

Anyway...

So I keep wondering if I should go over there. I mean we talk like 5-6 pages/day here sometimes, and it's mostly flirting and cookie talk, and that never stopped me.

I can't seem to do it. I can't click the word "lube".

It's mostly an argument about whether asses lube themselves or not.

I like cheesecake!!!

And you were worried about the subbies.

I always thought my kids were thinking 'WOW, YOU DON'T LOOK LOOK ANYTHING LIKE I THOUGHT YOU WOULD!'

Either that or they're thinkging 'OMG you ugly!'

lol

So I'm watching this nip tuck show, it's kinda demented.

Not unlike some ppl around here.

I used to watch that show all the time. I recall it being pretty good. I personally like Dr.G.

If I could go to medical school and never have to touch a single living person, I'd totally do it just so that I could do autopsies.

Ewwwwwwwwwww..... I can't even watch the medical channel without getting squicked! Just nasty!

Really? I think it's really interesting. I get annoyed sometimes because Dr.G isn't as graphic as I would hope. She'll be describing a subdural hematoma, and I'm like "yeah, okay, but what does it look like?" She's talking about peeling back skin from the skull, and sometimes they do a computer outline, but I want to see the real thing. I wonder what it would feel like to hold a human brain in my hands. Know what I mean jellybean?

Hmm...
Maybe you don't. I like all of those medical channels actually. Right now I'm watching Discovery health - it's about premature babies.

I love babies. They're so sweet and innocent, and soft, and helpless.

You can dig the baby thing right?

uhhhhhh... you aren't allowed to talk about any of the stuff above now.
