"As a result, ABBA and its representative has promptly requested the removal and deletion of such content. No request has been received; therefore, no permission or license has been granted.”

A spokesman for the Trump campaign said it had obtained a license. “The campaign had a license to play ABBA music through our agreement with BMI and ASCAP,” the spokesperson told the AP.

Thursday:
Trump told NBC News’ Dasha Burns that Florida’s six-week abortion ban was “too short” and that he would “be voting that we need more than six weeks” when asked about a ballot measure that would expand abortion access in his home state of Florida.
Thursday evening:
His campaign clarified that evening that he had not yet taken a position on the proposed constitutional amendment.
Friday afternoon:
after receiving swift backlash from the right, he came out against Florida’s abortion-rights ballot measure.
“So I think six weeks, you need more time than six weeks. I’ve disagreed with that right from the early primaries when I heard about it, I disagreed with it,” Trump said in comments to Fox News. “At the same time, the Democrats are radical, because the nine months is just a ridiculous situation where you can do an abortion in the ninth month. ... So I’ll be voting no for that reason.”

Florida’s amendment would bar restrictions on abortion before fetal viability, around the 24th week of pregnancy, while ensuring exceptions to protect the health of the mother.

Since The Orange Derp is pictured in a Superman costume and others are in DC characters’ costumes, I see DC taking him to the woodshed on this. Those trademarks are too valuable to have these idiots shit all over them.

Trump doesn’t believe in anyone else’s rights!
His family pays no heed to plagiarism, copyrights, or patents(?) Their response? “Sue me! Go ahead and try!!”

Remember Melania’s retread of Michelle’s speech? Thank God at least she is out of the public eye!! I do love Colbert’s “Melania” though

his minions are planning intimidation tactics again, saying they'll "monitor" drop boxes

Schlapp and Bill Walton, CPAC’s vice chairman, said they want to address right-leaning voters' skepticism about elections, which has only increased since the COVID pandemic.

“To address and help mitigate that skepticism, it is our intention to place monitors near a selection of drop boxes in select counties across Arizona,” the two wrote.
The letter was sent to the two Democrats, Fontes (Sec.of State) and Mayes (AG). Mayes has said he'll consider working 'with them' if they publicly declare Arizona's elections as fair and safe, whereas a spokesperson for Fontes said "To come out and pretend like you recognize the problem and that you want to help is so disingenuous when you’re a part of the problem.”
During the 2022 midterm election, local and federal law enforcement were alarmed by reports of people, some armed, monitoring drop boxes in at least two Arizona counties, Maricopa and Yavapai. A federal judge ordered them to keep their distance from voters.

Some of the people monitoring the boxes were masked and armed, and some were associated with the far-right group Oath Keepers. Some voters alleged voter intimidation after people watching the boxes took photos and videos and followed them. The offices of Mayes and Fontes said the recent letter was not sent in good faith, noting that it is conservatives such as CPAC that have fueled skepticism about the integrity of U.S. elections.
In the letter, the CPACers suggest a 75' area around the boxes that monitors cannot cross, no weapons or defensive gear/clothing that might suggest a monitor was affiliated with the army, a political party or law enforcement. All well and good on the surface, but nothing about taking photos of people they 'suspect' or following them once a voter has crossed back outside the 75' 'safe zone'.

It's just another feeding into the whole 'unfair elections/voter fraud' memes they want to promote and appear to be acting upon.
