DonOld is a Loser

"As a result, ABBA and its representative has promptly requested the removal and deletion of such content. No request has been received; therefore, no permission or license has been granted.”

A spokesman for the Trump campaign said it had obtained a license. “The campaign had a license to play ABBA music through our agreement with BMI and ASCAP,” the spokesperson told the AP.

i wonder if trump's team is telling the truth... won't hold my breath on that

And if they are what does that say about YOU?

The estate is suing.

If Trump's campaign purchased a license, as they say they did from BMI, Hayes' estate has NO CASE and the suit is in bad faith and has no merit.

If that's the case, Trump can sue the estate for damages/fees/costs as well as request criminal election interference charges in Federal Court against the trustees for the estate.

We will find out tomorrow after the hearing for a temporary restraining order what the truth is.

the organizers are suggesting it may be held after the election, and cite 'safety concerns' as the main reason why they can't have it where they want it when they want it. bless
The second attempt to hold a gala celebrating January 6 rioters, at Donald Trump’s Bedminster golf club in New Jersey, has been postponed.

The event had been scheduled for Thursday but an update on the gala's website now shows the date as postponed and location "to be announced," suggesting the organizers may also have to change venue.
“I want you to know that we fought until the absolute last minute to have the event but there were multiple issues outside of our control, the main one being safety concerns of attendees and staff,” a text message reportedly said.

The event is personal for McAbee as her husband, Ronald Colton McAbee, is serving five years in prison for attacking police officers during the riot at the Capitol.

downticket to trump, governor youngkin booed at Labor Day event... ok, youngkin can't run again for governor consecutively, but it illustrates a growing trend in Virginia trump and his supporters should be concerned about :)

Video shows some people in the crowd holding up "Harris/Walz" signs.
On X, formerly Twitter, Aaron Fritschner — deputy chief of staff for Rep. Don Beyer (D-Virginia) — commented, "Buena Vista, Virginia is the kind of place that hasn't always had a strong Democratic presence in election season — but at today's Labor Day parade, it was different. Watch as Glenn Youngkin, stumping for Trump, gets booed and drowned out with chants of 'We're not going back!"

So the campaign DOES have a license.

Shame on all of you who, out of hateful spite and vitriol, said or inferred that the campaign didn't have one.

And of course the letter is a "confidential communication" which was LEAKED by the Haye's estate as soon as they could, and right before the hearing on the injunction.
Oh Durpy…it’s time for your meds already??

😂😂😂😂 TRIGGERED 😂😂😂😂

A Donald Trump campaign volunteer in Massachusetts "will no longer have any involvement" in the campaign after he warned in an email that New Hampshire was "no longer a battleground state," according to the Boston Globe on Monday.

In an email, which was obtained by the Globe, Tom Mountain, a Massachusetts volunteer for the Trump campaign, wrote to other Trump volunteers in the state that "the campaign has determined that New Hampshire is no longer a battleground state," and instead directed supporters to focus on Pennsylvania, another battleground state.

Mountain continued in his email by stating that Trump was "sure to lose by an even higher margin" in New Hampshire than in 2016 and 2020, citing "campaign data/research."

I wonder what happens when it turns out that Trump doesn't own the golf courses or the liquor licenses?

Because a corporation owns them.

You think the corporation can sue the state for damages as a result of the lost profits due to the unlawful refusal to renew the licenses? I do.
There is so much legally wrong with this dumb post.

Holy crap. WTF.

C'mon Trump supporters. Tell us how this guy is on the ball.

He's probably drunk most of the time.

Or hopped up on Doc Ronny's Candy.

July 26th Trump and Netanyahu meet at Mara Lago

One gamble for Netanyahu is whether he could get more of the terms he wants in any deal on a Gaza cease-fire and hostage release, and in his much hoped-for closing of a normalization deal with Saudi Arabia, if he waits out the Biden administration in hopes that Trump wins.

July 27th the changes come that delay a cease fire.

Among other conditions, the latest document, presented to mediators shortly before a summit in Rome on July 28, suggested that Israeli forces should remain in control of Gaza’s southern border, a detail that was not included in Israel’s proposal in May. It also showed less flexibility about allowing displaced Palestinians to return to their homes in northern Gaza once fighting is halted.

At a meeting on Aug. 4 with cabinet ministers, Mr. Netanyahu said that Israel had “not added even a single demand to the outline” and that “it is Hamas which has demanded to add dozens of changes.”
Yet, in a letter to mediators on July 27, the Israeli negotiation team added five new qualifications to the outline of a deal that it had proposed exactly two months earlier, on May 27.
One of the most contentious additions was the inclusion of a map indicating that Israel would remain in control of the border between Gaza and Egypt, an area known as the Philadelphi Corridor.
By contrast, Israel’s proposal in May had suggested that troops would leave the border zone. It pledged the “withdrawal of Israeli forces eastwards away from densely populated areas along the borders in all areas of the Gaza Strip.”

DonOld has demonstrated in the past that he is willing to sabotage negotiations over yuuugely consequential matters for political gain.

See: The Debt ceiling and the bipartisan border security and immigration reform bill.

I have little doubt DonOld sabotaged the ceasefire deal.

DonOld is a traitor; full stop.
