Trump Media's market capitalization on Tuesday stood at $3.3 billion, with shares at $16.68, down about 75% from their March closing peak of over $66. The slide has accelerated in recent weeks after President Joe Biden gave up his reelection bid and Trump lost a lead in opinion polls ahead of the Nov. 5 presidential election.

Eventually the campaign will sue BMI for fraud because they purchased the license so they could play the music legally but the artists in the catalog refuse to allow him to do so. Given the hoopla from his prior campaigns over this, BMI either knew or should have known this would occur but sold Trump's campaign the license anyway after assurances that Trump would be allowed to play the music in BMI's catalog if he purchased the license.

This is classic fraud.

This is what I don't get, though. Yeah, Trump's losing a lot lately. Okay, then. If that's the case, why are you still so obsessed with him? Why has he lived rent-free in your heads for nine years now? I'm surprised that he hasn't shared any Regina George memes by now. You're not Mary Trump, unless she happens to be on this board by some weird chance. You don't have a personal feud with him as she does.

Kennedy, who suspended his presidential campaign and endorsed Trump last month, sued Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson after she denied his request to remove his name from the state's ballots, despite missing a deadline to do so.

Michigan's Natural Law Party nominated Kennedy as its candidate earlier this year and has opposed his request to remove his name from the ballot, citing concerns about being able to place candidates on ballots in future elections.

Benson has said that candidates cannot withdraw after accepting a minor party's nomination. She also said that taking Kennedy's name off the ballot would cost the state $500,000 in Wayne County alone because an overwhelming majority of ballots have already been printed.

The producers of the program would have to go back and edit the show to make the person who Trump chose to fire look bad, even if they had performed quite well during the tasks at hand.
