Here's the thing...
Trump made several motions in the cases against him where he claimed immunity. The trial courts all said no, not immune. He appealed those decisions. The appeals courts also all said no, not immune.
Trump appealed THOSE decision and guess what happened...
The trial and appellate courts were told they got it wrong and that Trump is immune (partly).
This leads me to wonder why you keep gloating over the EXACT SAME COURTS continuing to decide against Trump given their incorrect decision making track record so far.
The current appeals court decision is even worse given that Trump is making a 1st amendment claim yet the NY appeals court dismissed the appeal "sua sponte" (meaning doing so on their own without a party making a motion to do so) and stating that there is no Constitutional question in the appeal. What? A claim of a 1st Amendment violation isn't a Constitutional question? In what world?
This dismissal once again illustrates that it's not law or jurisprudence that's being done here. But, given that it's the same courts which made the earlier errors regarding Trump's immunity claims, it's understandable why the appeal was dismissed so handily.

Trump said if he were elected, he would stop sending California federal firefighting aid unless Gov. Gavin Newsom, whom he referred to repeatedly as “Newscum,” enacted his policy priorities on issues such as water and taxes.
