I had to google English muffin

We just call it a muffin. When we want one of the cake type muffins, we ask for a specific type like a chocolate muffin or a blueberry muffin.

I don’t think I have ever had a full English breakfast with a muffin like that. It tends to be toast or fried bread. A muffin would be used as an alternative to sliced bread or a bread roll when making a breakfast sandwich.

That bacon could easily get up and run off the plate. Needs to be crispier and less fatty.

I'm guessing given the crisp white linen tablecloth its somewhere poncy and expensive and their disdain for a full english is evident with their version of it!

I think the egg looks delicious. Brilliantly orange and creamy middle, along with crispy edges from cooking in butter. I’ll eat yours!
