Do you read the personals here at Lit? If so, are you looking to make a connection or just curious? Do they amuse you? Inspire you?

I post them! I'm always seeking to make new and valuable connections. Personals adverts on here are something of a long shot, as there's no guarantee that they'll reach my target market, but I've been lucky enough to have received quite a few good quality replies over the years.

I read the adverts too, and sometimes reply to them, if only to offer moral support to someone whom I feel is deserving of it. I think it's quite brave of people to post them, and certainly not generally worthy of the derision that they sometimes receive.

Bonus question: What do you consider to be a great ad?

I do occasionally, primarily when bored. I’ve never answered one, even back when actively looking. I suppose I check in to be amused, both by the ad itself and the commentary that follows. Some are just…truly awful. Others are brilliant, and make me smile.

I’m not above bumping one of the latter sort. I enjoy those that are well-written, amusing, and detail what they’re looking for in a pleasing way.

Big plus if they don’t take themselves too seriously.

I’ve bumped a couple of Mindfondler’s, as a matter of fact. *waves*

As to what makes a great ad? I have no idea. I'm totally unqualified to say.

Ahem. Well, I currently find myself with a dilemma. I want some summer wedges. Heels are high this year. Like, 5", with an inch or two platform.

A question of Lit etiquette. Privacy can be important on the boards. What’s the correct way to handle finding yourself attracted to a Litster who might have played with one of your Lit friends? You don’t want to ask, because, privacy. On the other hand you don’t want things to be uncomfortable in the event something ever does come out. Play or not?

I've never considered my Lit relationships to be exclusive. But then again, I am only here for some fun, not for a "serious" relationship.

I am fairly sure that through my conversations my friends know that I play with others, even if they don't know specifically who or how. Although a few close circle of friends do know who and how as we play with each other, and share our "adventures" with each other.
