I have only two people on my ignore list, both women, strangely enough, both of whom seem to take a delight in snarky put-downs of newbies and other Litsters unwise enough to step into their claimed territory.
Other than that, I like to read posts by pretty much everyone. Some threads bore me, of course, and I instinctively avoid replying to some posters. Visits by alt-right GB types typically provoke me to a response which I try not to provide. Essentially, though, Lit is like any community, you can't like everybody.
You're not gonna paper over your grammar glitch on the kid thing![]()

What, that I failed to use "nor" where I used or? Otherwise, the sentence was clearly meant to display a mild bit of irony.
Just checked on my Ignore list. It contains 12 names and at least one of them dates back to 2004. He was an asshole who kept trying to shit on the floor in a thread that was generally thoughtful and where many people were writing about things that mattered deeply to them. Most of the others were trolls of varying degrees of despicability.
There are (a very small number of) people whose posts irritate me. But if I put them on Ignore I wouldn't get to enjoy rolling my eyes...![]()
< p.s. after reading the responses today, I'm convinced I'm on at least half of y'alls ignore lists.![]()
I have no doubt I’ve made a few ignore lists. For fatuous frivolity. Or should that be frivolous fatuity?
Whatever.
They can suck it!

As long as it's not fortuitous flatulence!

User names. We’ve all got one. Some are amusing, some explanatory, some self-descriptive. Some just *ouch* chosen poorly. Are you ever tempted to change yours, and if so, what would suit you better?![]()
I have wanted to just because I hate the way that I had to misspell it back then to fit into the spot back then. So redoing it to azuldragon would be awesome.
) that's actually made me cringe.*creating Azuldragon as an alt
Much like my actual name, I can't think of one that I'd prefer or that would suit me better. I dislike the underscore, but some other Suzanne got here first.![]()
Ahem.
