The Bathers of Valpincon also hangs in the Musée du Louvre. Notice how the model is almost a carbon copy of the girl playing the instrument in Turkish Bath? These paintings were close to 50yrs apart! Ingres would incorporate the same poses over a lot of his paintings. The ladies had many cameos!
