Let's just say that a decision was made that it's not practical to spend $1200 a year on taxes and insurance for a "toy" :(

Sorry to hear that. I know how much you liked it. :( :(

CNCG do you change your underware as much as you change your avatars? Sorry about the toy. *dang* and I didn't get to have a ride in it. Sigh

DD you always did have respect. Sheesh.

Pink glad to see things are well.

Luner enjoy the move but remember to enjoy it all because you have a house now!

Violette let the good people of NC know what they are in for if they come to NY the third weekend of July. Hugs to the other flower in the garden.

Val thanks for the encouraging words.

H2bH I got over my boredom. It was called sleep. :)

Toni as always good to talk with you.

Peace,
Tulip

TULIP!!!! Are things steaming up in NY like they are here? Jen was down in your neck of the woods yesterday. We're hoping to come down there one day during the summer. Stay cool!

Hey sueanninct

and yes we are having a mini heat wave. Not so bad right now but they are saying it will get hotter tomorrow.

Let me know when you are in this neck of the woods.

Peace,
Tulip

Hmmm...I think someone told me a while back I need to work on being able to say the word "no" *giggles*

LOL, someone told me the same thing. The funny thing was they wanted me to say No to everyone else and not use it with them.

Sorry to hear that. Have other wheels already?

It's totally disgusting that insurance and taxes on my 96 GrandAm is almost that much and no way can it be considered a toy

We'll take Jen to the top of the ESB so she can flash the whole city! Give her a few glasses of organic root beer, and she'll probably do it. :D

I've FINALLY caught up on the pages I missed over the weekend! (Damn, y'all have TOO much fun around here!) :D

Along the way, I've noticed some things and wanted to post some catch-up notes of my own:

Some of y'all like Hypnotiq...I can get with that!

Happy2bHubby, your first avatar is VERY hot! You can wave your magic wand over me anytime! (Wait, or was that Lisa with the magic horny dust or whatever?) :D

Coyote, an OSTRICH?! in Georgia??? That should make a hell of a story for Reader's Digest! You never know...

And PINK!!! I am SO pissed at myself! I wanted to tell you your avatar is MY favorite Pink Lady, but I had so many %@#? pages to catch up on!!!

To DD, a respectful nod, and a saucy wink to you! ;)

To Tulip, Perks, Peacock, ETN, Valkryie, Sho, and of course, our hostess Tonie, BIG  es hello as always!

And P.S.: Smooches to anyone I missed!
Sweetie your going to fit right in I can already tell. I hope your able to come in Sept. It would be a shame for you to miss it and We'd all hate not getting to meet ya.

I hope you get it all moved soon sis but if not I'll give ya a hand in a few days.

Have been sleeping there since Saturday :D Slowly getting stuff moved in a little at a time, box here and there. I hate packing
Oh me too and the un packing isn't any better.

lunarsubmissive said:
 This moving thing is messing with my post count  Gotta at least break the top fifty ;)
Yep tell that cable company to get a move on and get you all hooked up at your new place.

lunarsubmissive said:
I am in heaven. :D Unfortunately, working all day is getting in the way of packing, since I don't have a lot of time after work to pack a lot of stuff...but that just means I get stuff put up before the next load ;)
I'd rathere do it that way then the mess isn't so bad to live with.

Hi Valkyrie!

This week is wonderful. The class i'm taking is being taught by real experts instead of teachers who learned from teachers who learned from teachers who learned from the experts.

From the Atlanta Paper.....it's a semi-regular column by a cop from one of the suburbs...

6.04.04
Beware of below-the-belt product sales

An off-duty officer working an extra job at a Roswell Road grocery was approached by the owner of the adjacent liquor store and told that a man had put a bottle of "Hypnotiq Liquor" in his pants and left. The officer detained the subject. A second officer arrived. The suspect decided things were not going well and bolted. His pistol fell out of the front waistband of his pants. The officers recovered the suspect and sent him off.

The gun was placed into the evidence room. I don't know what happened to the bottle of whatever that stuff is. I've never heard of it, but I don't get around.

I do think that there should be a law that requires liquor or any other consumable product be immediately disposed of or at least boiled and placed on the 75%-off rack if it's been stashed down someone's pants. It's kind of like the lemon law. As a consumer, I'm entitled to know if that item has been in someone's pants.
