((OOC: somehow I completely forgot about this. Thought I had responded to it. Just looked at subscribed therads and saw I hadn't))

Rahn laughed and was about to explain he was jsut joking when Tan arrived. When Ash asked him how long he had been up Rahn grinned. He also wanted to know. Maybe they didn't even need a plan. It was possible, though probably not likely, that Tan had already addmitted to Kara that he liked her. Once that step was over, things should go smoothly without need for plans. Rahn simply sat back and watched the three brothers. Then it occured to him that someday he might consider them to be his brothers. As it was, he almost already did. He did not expect things to change between Tora and himself. He cared about her too much to let things change, at least not easily.

 

[Angeltears]

"Not thats it's any bussiness of yours, but not much longer after you. Kara was tirad after having Tora drag her around every where yesterday," Tan responded and sat down with them. "And Kara actually said that to you?" Sol spoke up. "Of course not, she's too nice to say anything like that," Tan remarked, "But Tora does have a way of tiring people out." "Yes she does. But it seemed to me that Kara went along willing with all that Tora was doing. She also seemed to enjoy it, if you asked me," Sol said with a smile.

Rahn sat back and tried not to laugh at the three men. They were quite entertaining. He could definitely tell that Tan liked Kara from the way he defended her. Rahn grinned and decided to get up. He waved to them and walked over to help with the food. He stepped up next to Tora, wrapped an arm around her, and kissed her cheek. "So, what can I do to help? I learned a little about how to cook, so I give me something simple and I'll try my best not to mess it up."

 

[Angeltears]

Tora realised some one was behind her a second before she felt Rahn's arm around her, because the women working with her looked up and stared. She smiled when he kissed her on the cheek. "I am sorry to disapoint you my dear Rahn, but we are nearly done here. If you want you can keep me company while I finish this last bit, your more than welcome to. Are you having fun with me brothers?"

Rahn pretended to look dissapointed when she told him there was no work to do. Then he smiled again and gave her a quick hug. He watched her finishing up her work. "Yeah, your brothers are good guys. Quite entertaining sometimes. They like to bug eachother, though I think I get them started sometimes. Then again, they bug me too. We were thinking though. If Kara asked Tan for guitar lessons, it would be a good way for them to spend time close to eachother. Then Tan might finally admit he likes her. We think you should suggest it to Kara though."

 

[Angeltears]

Listening while she worked Tora smiled as he said that her brothers bug each other and him. "That means they like you if they are bugging you," she said with a laugh. She considered there idea and smiled. "Sounds good, I will the next time I get Kara alone. Okay done, want to help me take some plates over to the other three?" She said and collecting three plates of food she smiled at him.

Rahn nodded and smiled. He picked up a couple plates of food and followed Tora back to her brothers. He handed a plate to one of them and sat with a spot for Tora next to him. He kissed her cheek before starting to eat. After a few bites he smiled at the others. "So, I'm guessing that after the games yesterday we will be put to work by the elders today. Or do we get to be lazy again?"

 

[Angeltears]

Handing out the plates as they reached the brothers. She sat down next to Rahn, and smiled at him as he kissed her cheek and started to eat. The brothers thanked her and started eating. "Nope it's a work day today, if you don't have a trade then you work on the feilds to the east of the village or carry water from the spring to the water barrels. They are running low." Tan said after finishing a mouthful.

Rahn nodded. He did not really know how to work in the fields very well. He had a small garden with his mother, but that was nothing like the fields they had near the village. He would end up getting the water. He wondered what the others did though. Especially Tora. "Where will each of you be working today?"

 

[Angeltears]

"Sol and I will be working in the feilds" Ash said, punching Sol in the arm playfully. "I will be carring water," Tan said. Tora smiled at them all, "Well I am going to use my morning to finish mending all the clothes I need to still do. I think I will see if Kara wants to keep me company."

Rahn nodded. Seemed he would be with Tan that day. He would definitely miss being near Tora, but he would have to get used to it. He would not be able to spend every day with her. then he thought of something. "Sorry about distracting you from that the other day. I guess I should apoligise to your brothers more than you. It is their clothes you are mending." He smiled and laughed a little.

 

[Angeltears]

The brothers looked confused at Rahn's words and then Tora laughed. "It's okay, the three of them didn't needed those clothes then and there. Any way I enjoyed the walk better than the mending of clothes." "Ah, I get it now," Ash spoke up "You lured our sweet innocent sister away from her chores and into the forest," he said this with a laugh showing that he was joking.

Rahn laughed with Ash. "Yes, the big, bad Rahn stole her away from you. You can never trust the new guy. Ha ha. I'm kidding. It was as I told you yesterday. I just wanted to explore the woods. Your sister told me she had not been able to explore much. I asked her to join me. You three work her too hard. Yet, I did take her away from chores. So, if she get behind on chores, blame me."

 

[Angeltears]

"If I get behind on my chores then the three of them have two choices. Either they stop wreaking there clothes or they help me out," Tora remarked, finishing off her breakfast. "Rahn, do you think we want her to go on at us if we have a go at her for slacking. I don't have a death wish, remember what I said about her on a bad day, scary." Ash gave a mock shiver and moved further away from Tora. But she still reached over and smacked his leg. "I pity you," he said to Rahn, rubbing his leg.

Rahn laughed. It seemed that it was not the brothers who held the leash, it was Tora. He had the three trained like a bunch of guard dogs. Able to have them take care of her, but send them hiding with their tails between their legs with a single word or gesture. Ash said he pitied him and Rahn just laughed more. "Well Ash. I'm not worried. I have a secret weapon that the three of you can't use. It may not prevent having to do things for her, but it should prevent the violence. Let me demonstrate, but Ash, you may want to look away to protect your sensitive stomach." He then smiled and turned to Tora, pulling her in close and kissing her deeply.

 

[Angeltears]

Tora had her arms crossed and was muttering under her breath. Both Sol and Tan were laughing now and so was Ash but a little bit more hesitantly incase Tora reached over and smacked him again. Tora looked up at Rahn at the mention of a secret weapon, what was he talking about. She was taken by surprise when Rahn pulled her close and kissed her. But she recoved quickly and returned his kiss, ignore the fact her brothers were watching. Closing her eyes she leaned against him.

Rahn could feel Tora's initial surprise, but then felt her returning the kiss. He could feel her relax in his arms and he also relaxed. He happily kissed her for a long moment before reluctantly pulling away. He smiled at Tora and whispered softly. "Love you." He then turned to look at the reactions of her brothers. His arms still held Tora close. He enjoyed the warm embrace too much to let her go.

 

[Angeltears]

Tora sighed when he pulled away. She returned his look and smiled back at him, When he turned to look at her brothers, Tora nestled back against him, happily in his arm. Ash was pulling faces at them, Sol smiled and Tan looked arkward. "I know that weapon well," Sol said, "It's quite effective on Lia as well." Tora looked raised an eye brow at him but simply shook her head.

Rahn laughed at Sol's comment. "Yes, not only is it effective, but it is also very nice to use. Maybe some day Ash will learn about its many uses and stop making faces at us. Really Ash, how do you ever expect girls to be attracted to you when you make yourself look like a pig all the time? No girl is going to want to kiss that. Tora, try hitting him again. Maybe it will fix his face. That or make it stay like that permanently. Either way it is fun for the rest of us." He grinned and kissed Tora on the forehead softly before placing a quick soft kiss on her lips.

 

[Angeltears]

Tora, Sol and Tan laughed about Rahn's comment about Ash's face. "I think he's right Ash, one look and you will have the girls running," Tan agreed. Tora swatted her hand towards Ash playfully and he stuck his tongue out at her. "I'll have you know I get plenty of attention from the girls," Ash remarked, but Tora wasn't paying attention any more to him. She was to intent on looking at Rahn, "love you, Rahn." She said kissed him again.

Rahn got lost in Tora's eyes and started tuning out everything around them. At that moment all that mattered was the two of them together. Even his half eaten breakfast was forgotten. He smiled at her as she softly expressed her love for him in words, and then in the form of a kiss. He returned her kiss happily. He didn't even care if Ash started making faces again. Ash could make all the faces he wanted. It would not stop him from enjoying a kiss from the girl he loved.

Tora would have continued kissing Rahn but it was Tan that intruputed them, this time. "I am sorry to inturpt the two of you back if your going to finish your breakfast you had better do it quickly, because we are going to have to move soon and start working." The other two were now quichly finishing there breakfast, as many of the other men where now standing and either heading to the feilds or to collect buckets to carry water.

Rahn was a little annoyed as Tan inturupted them, but after he explained Rahn nodded. He gave Tora a quick kiss and then finished his breakfast. After he finished his breakfast he put his plate aside and pulled Tora in for a final kiss. It lasted for a long moment that he did not want to end. Yet, it did end and Rahn got up to go help with the water. before he walked off he kissed her cheek and whispered softly to her. "Love you Tora. I'll miss you today."

Tora smiled as Rahn finished his breakfast, reaching over to grab his plate as he sit it down she gasped when he pulled her into his lap and kissed her. She wasn't used this, but she was enjoying it. She returned his kiss, thinking that she didn't want him to go. When the kiss ended, Tora stood up and so did the brothers. All finished there breakfast's, Tora held her hand out for there plates and smiled at Rahn when he kissed her cheek and whispered to her. "I will miss you to but I will see you at lunch, love you," she whispered back and collecting her own dish and Rahn's that where on the ground she waved and headed to were the plates needed to be placed.

Tan looked at Rahn, "So were do you want to work today, in the field or carrying water?"

Rahn smiled and watched Tora walk away. Then he turned to Tan as he asked him where he wanted to work. He had already thought about it and knew what he would do. "I will carry water. I don't think I would be any good in the fields. So, that leaves water, or learning a trade in the next minute or so." He laughed a little and waited for Tan to show him where to go to carry water.
