My read of this ability is all the blood that has been spilled (e.g. Outside of the body) from him or ally makes the sword stronger. I imagine all the expelled blood floating into the air and then rushing to the blade Tot's holding. For each level of "Hurt" that sword inflicts little tornadoes of slicing death that allows his attack to basically do an Inuyasha Wind Scar. The video has an example of both Inuyasha's Wind Scar (2nd attack) and then when the white hair chick does her black void eating it's basically a variant of Tot's Adventure Ability Devour.

No where in the description do I see that when he uses "Blood Binge" he's at risk of killing and eating his allies (or himself).

You got it right. But I figured if the sword is drawing the blood toward it and the person is bleeding (meaning no one has stopped the bleeding and so far no one has) that it would draw the blood that is continuously seeping out of the person toward it thus bringing them closer to shock/death.

No, I think it's safe to say that in anime it wouldn't vacuum out all the blood. It's more like taking the "emotional" / physical pain-hurt that's been done to seek retribution.

So I'll rule that that doesn't vacuum up the blood or anything like that.

In game terms, I'd say for every "Hurt" received you get an extra killing tornado thing...sorta like a cone AOE. Flavor bleeding would be just flavor results (e.g. Striking someone at range that jumped out away from the strike of your sword). Since you got a maimed and a hurt that's basically 3 Hurt.

And are you okay with me telling Tot to take care of the Piper? Hell, Tot doesn't even have to do it if he doesn't want to, just trying to keep things rolling.

I imagine that as Tot becomes stronger that his missing arm could gradually transform into something more monstrous over the time he uses Gluttony's Dinner Knife.

I'll try to get out another post. I'm planning to change states, which takes a lot of out-processing, paperwork, and clearing.

All I can say to that scene that currently happened is I guess The Piper got away lol. Tot is still going to use Blood Binge because who wants to waste all that blood?

Edit: Sorry guys. It didn't happen. My friends wanted to go out to dinner and have one last bash since I leave tomorrow. So, I've been keeping everyone in the know about my activity. I started this training course today and the school work load is pretty major and the hours are long. It has a pretty size-able fail-rate and I don't plan on failing due to wanting to write rather than study. So my activity will be restricted to the weekends unless I magically find time during the week, but I can tell right away that that won't happen with this course. I got done at 1700, have to work out for an hour, and then come back here and study and prepare notes for tomorrow. I need to pass the fitness test next week since that's notorious for being one of the big fail outs because it's 110+ degrees out here and the elevation 4,600 feet. lol People not used to breathing and running will die.

But yeah, weekends. If you can't wait that long and would rather move the game along, then you can NPC Tot until I can get around to writing for him on the weekend. I just don't have time during the week to dedicate thought and creativity into writing a decent post.
