Flaunting the Fitness

beautiful scenery to go along with a beautiful lady

That’s very kind of you. 🌷

Good choice! You & the scenery are lovely!

Thank you. 🌷

Beautiful way to start the day🔥🔥😈😍

Truly a great place to run. ☺️

You are beautiful and so is the scenery. Great pics

Thanks. 🙂

Beautiful views both in the foreground and background. 🥰💋

So sweet of you, Todger! 🌷

Beautiful!

☺️

Very sexy and inspiring in your running. Keep it up 😜

I’ll do what I can. My first ever race near the end of the month is keeping me motivated. 😊

Looks like the right place to watch the sunrise.

It turned out to be a good choice. 🌷

Looking so good

It was a good time. 🌷

I am not sure the sunrise could draw me away from your beauty.😘

You’re going to make me blush! 🥰

Nothing better than a good hike or beach run

I’ve never actually ran on a beach before, but I live where there are trails and boardwalks near the water and you’re absolutely right; nothing quite like it. 🌷

What motivates you?
Is there something you’re working towards in your health journey?
Is there something that really helps you stay on track?

For me yesterday, it was the thought of finishing my run with enough time to catch a certain someone for some “alone” time that gave me motivation.

Amazing pics x
I'm trying to get back into running and have a few PB times in mind for a marathon.
To motivate myself/scar myself into training I've signed up to a 100km race.
Did a very slow 10 miles this morning.

Your hair color, skin tone, and body shape are all identical to my wife... which means you are the definition of beautiful!

Maybe I should tie her up tonight?

I’ve never been one for fitness outside of my work schedule, before I retired, and now it is not advisable according to my doctor.

I can see you had a strong motivation to finish your run, even some video call time with ‘D’ is better than nothing.

Lovely photos ... though I must say, I prefer the hair color showing up as more red in the previous two photos.

Motivation ... the original push was making a commitment to my spouse to lose weight and be more active. She's expressed her worries, and I'm trying to react to that. On our anniversary, I was about 8 pounds lighter than my all-time high and had been bouncing around at that point for at least six months. She doesn't have a specific goal weight for me ... but does want me to lose, and recognizes that will be a "virtuous circle" of using monitoring of food and more activity to lose weight, and as I lose weight I will be more able and willing to increase activity.

Now, the motivation is to continue. 6 weeks in and I've lost 9 or 10 pounds. Those are, of course, the easiest to shed. But even so, the sense of accomplishment is clear.

Great smile and beautiful view.

Thank you! 🌷

Wow! I can only imagine a 100km race! I hope it’s not until next year to give yourself time to get back into things.
A slow ten is still ten, so good for you! And thank you for sharing. 🌷

I bet your wife is a straight up hottie, then 😜
But seriously, you should never have to ask, even rhetorically, if tying is a good idea - it always is. 🌷

It’s really difficult to get motivated to workout or run after work when your job is taxing on the body already. You should definitely take care of yourself and follow your doctor’s recommendations for fitness.

Any time is better than none. 😊🌷

Thank you… though I must say, I prefer my hair however the fuck it is in the light of the pictures I take. I once heard a thing that you shouldn’t say anything about someone’s appearance unless they can fix it in less than a minute (something in their teeth, skirt tucked into underwear). Just food for thought.

It is nice to have some goals in mind. Thank you for sharing yours.

You have no idea. She's nearly 50, had a bunch of kids (with me), and is in better physical shape now than she was when we were in high school. And she runs around in leggings and skin-tight jeans all the time...

You're doing a great job on your fitness regimen! Keep it up!
