That’s good, cause that’s all about That’s doing well! 😂 My veggies are struggling and behind schedule.
Cherry tomatoes are about done, picked some more onions and big tomatoes
( can't remember name of what I planted). The peppers and squash plants are near their end, but found 3 watermelons and 2 cantaloupe . Starting to get green beans, while the peas never grew. Grape vines are taking off finally- afraid they weren't going to grow much.

They remind me of my Mom 😊
❤️
LOVE your coneflower! How do you get them to come back every year? I am so unsuccessful with them.
I am not sure! They are a perennial, and they just keep on coming back every year.

My wife who is the real flower guru said,
- don’t cut them and let them stand for the birds to get the seeds
- Get high-quality plants and seeds are best. Even box door ones, which are not the best qualities will guarantee the plants for a year or two.
- if you grow from seed, they won’t really do much the first year, but
the second year and beyond they should be very successful

Just some thoughts! Good luck!

Our other stargazer hatched today. It should be nice and big by the time the day is out.

Love How the stargazer looks when opened and showing out. We guarantee trees, shrubs, roses one year. Most come back to us cause they're still in pots or haven't been watered.

Lilies are awesome in a border or mass planting. Like how they spread like irises do.
You’re 100% right. They really take over and I mean that in a good way.

We’ve had to thin out one area a couple of times every few years.

We just dig up bulbs and plant them elsewhere, they get a little bit too clustered actually!!

Lilirope gets to congested too, but I love how solid of a border they make.

Picked some new, red, and purple potatoes. Got a dozen onions and several tomatoes this evening. Got 1 watermelon. The cantaloupe split on me. Got 2 off each still growing. Cucumbers are shot and green beans are slow because of hardly any rain. I took a pic, but every resizing I do is too big.

Sorry your veggies are having a tough go… 😞

It’s been hot as balls here but we’ve had sporadic rain storms to keep everything going.

Soon as I typed , a pop up has hit. 89 this morning, heat index was at 100. I ended up coming home early with heat stress.
