Get some local honey and have a tablespoon a day. It seems hooky, but works wonders with boosting your body's tolerance for pollen.

I have found that does help a little but oak pollen here is pretty overwhelming.

Yes.It does help some. I use a mask at work for grain dust too. Neither are 100%. I have pictures of both.

I do not know, but would simply Google it. Your local state extension might also be able to help you. They are master gardeners who work through the 4H program and your state’ agricultural school.

Redbuds are my favorite.
There are weeks or two off here in New Jersey.
I’m away on vacation next week, but when I come back, I’m gonna plant all my pumpkins and start them indoors.

This handbag-shaped moss planter is my favorite and has survived for a year. It came with succulents which I swapped out for a ZZ. And I added a bow. I have ribbon in patriotic print to swap out next.

Attack of the Blondepup; Part Deux has forced me to migrate my wild petunias yet again. I think I hear their death rattle though. It’s warming up a little too much to sow a backup set so…maybe next year?
