I'm in the states, but.. you probably can go ahead and start as long as you have a heating mat and grow lights.

Going to starting working on garden this weekend. Starting seeds inside. Cool temps return next week and don't want to shock the veggies

Here’s an encouraging sign…

Daffodils coming up at the farm. I planted a couple hundred bulbs when we bought the farm and they’re nice yellow, early flowers that contrast with the brown woods alongside the road.

I don’t think it got above 35 today. Much colder.

We haven’t planted anything outside but it def stunts the growth of the snowbells and the daffs.

But I ain’t too worried.

The one thing I don’t like is when it gets cold when the magnolias bloom and it freezes them…

The blooms don't look good frost bitten. We're having to cover some plants at work next couple of nights. Mother nature not sure what she wants it to be.

There's some early signs of manganese deficiency appearing, which is probably my fault. I've been halving the fertilizer (Jack's all purpose with micro nutrients 20-20-20) due to it's strength. Next dose, will be full strength.

I grew up a pot plant from seed a few years ago. It really smelled.

I really wanna start my pumpkins indoors, but we’re going away on the week of the 24th and I’m a little bit worried about it…

I really wanna start my pumpkins indoors, but we’re going away on the week of the 24th and I’m a little bit worried about it…

This year, my Dad asked me to start his tomatoes for him... all 38 of them, but requested they not be in 2 gallon buckets by the time he plants his garden. My brain is going, "But..but.. tomatoes get started before my birthday and that's next week!" Cause I always start them before my birthday.

Just love it. Wish I was able to do this like I did many moons ago... Nothing like your own garden.
