Just thought I would drop in and say hi. Living in the North Georgia moutains is beautiful, but driving to Atlanta to work is not. GA400 is a day-mare. I usually stay at a motel a couple of days a week though to break up the long commutes, and that helps a bit. It took me 2 months once I moved here to join cajunpeach before I got a job, but it is a good one. I'm doing Cobol / DB2 / CICS for a company in Midtown, and one of the breaks I get is the tax-free perdiem.

Cajunpeach and I are doing wonderful. Took her out for the weekend on the 14th and 15th, dining, dancing. We had a wonderful time, and she is still talking about it. Well I can't be home as much anymore, so we have to take advantage of what time we get. She is just starting to get over a bad cold, etc, and I'm over mine as well, so hopefully we will get some "playtime" soon. Hope all is well with everyone else.

GG - didn't here from you for a loonng time (since around your birthday), but then we haven't been on lit in a while ourselves.

Hi all...CajunPeach here reporting in.

It's been a hot and damp summer up here in the mountains - temps in the high 80's and rain nearly every day - I'm almost thinking about moving elsewhere where the temps are cooler and there's no rain!!!

The Duke and I are fine though I think he works too hard down there in Atlanta and I really, really miss him ***shrugging shoulders*** but he'll be home soon and he'll get a real HOT welcome!

yeah GG,,,,been goin to a pain clinic in athens. gettin spinal and facet shots, and finally have regular meds. a 24 hour morphine pill and lidocaine patches as needed.....miss you dearly sweet cheeks. could use some of that soul resting myself.
