I lived in GA all my life until I moved to California in '97 then to Cold Columbus, OH 2 years ago. That's where I live now. I've been coming to lit for a while, but just now joined up officially. I'm glad I found the Georgia directory! I was beginning to worry, but I'm still finding my way around in here.

Star in answer to your question, there have been a few Georgians that have flitted through here but this thread has become more of a playground and a place for wonderful people than a directory. Oh well. Its a given where you are from if its in your location..for me, its in my name.

enjoyingitall...you need to come back south. I spent some time living out in CA, TX, MD and FL but I could not wait to get back home to GA.

I think I'm in CA to stay, (husband's job ) but I feel like the saying "you can take me out of dixie but you can't take dixie out of me" applies to me.
I get back there once a year to visit relatives, so I get a good dose of southern hospitality then. It's just some days I long to share things like sweet potato pie (they have no clue what that is here) with those who can appreciate it!
Anyway, it's nice to read some posts with the word y'all in them!
